We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic AI engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent agents that leverage artificial intelligence to streamline operations, automate complex workflows, and improve overall productivity. This role involves working at the frontier of AI development, creating agents capable of multi-step reasoning, tool use, and adaptive learning for real-world applications.
- In this role you design, develop, test, and enhance AI agent systems from conception to production rollout, using Python and AI frameworks such as Dify, DSPy, or Langfuse.
- You integrate AI agents with existing workflow systems, databases, APIs, and external tools to access real-time information and perform actions such as updating databases, sending emails, and generating reports.
- You select large language models (LLMs) for different use cases as dialog and reasoning engines to guide agent behavior through prompt engineering and handle edge cases.
- You implement memory systems enabling agents to maintain context, learn from past interactions, and improve performance.
- You monitor and evaluate AI Agent system performance, debug issues, and continuously refine agent prompts to improve accuracy, latency, and relevance of AI outputs.
- You implement secure access protocols and safety measures to protect sensitive information and adhere to relevant data privacy requirements.
- You also make sure to create clear documentation of processes, methodologies, and system capabilities.
